About Judi Owens

Judi has spent over 18 years working for the Central Valley School District.  She has served on the Liberty Lake City Council since 2001 and was instrumental in establishing the city's first library.  As a Councilmember she served on the Finance Committee when city taxes were lowered three times in five years.  She also served on the Public Safety Committee and oversaw the creation of the Police Department, helping to improve public safety in the community.  She lives with her husband, Charles, in Liberty Lake and has three daughters and a son. As a lifelong democrat, Judi is proud to seek elected office representing us in Olympia.
